The BC Program Support Log is an ASP Web Application used to support the project management and program management process. More specifically, it gives you the power to manage Issues, Incidents, Change, and helps you calculate the associated Risk.

And because it is Web based all you need to run it is MS personal web server. If you want to scale up to IIS, or in fact any Windows capable web server, you won't have to change a thing.
