The SuperAdmin users have identical
permissions that Admin users have. However, the Status screen is
different for the SuperAdmin user.
A SuperAdmin user is typically a
receptionist or administrative assistant.
The following images easily
demonstrate the differences between an Admin user and a SuperAdmin
user.
The Admin
User
The Admin user can only modify their own In/Out
status and message on the In-Out Board status screen. They can
however modify a user's status in the Admin section of the In-Out
Board.
The Super Admin User
The SuperAdmin user is able to modify
everyone's In/Out status. This is perfect for the busy office
with a receptionist at the front door. It's also convenient for
users who are out of the office and don't have access to the
internet to modify their return time (Back At) or public message.
