User Group Screenshots

"Admin" users are employees with an Admin Role assigned to the account. Admin users can modify their In-Out status, change the "Back At" time and status message, change their password, and add or update or delete their own photo.

Admin users have all User privileges in addition to Administrative privileges. The "Admin" button is only visible to Users who have been assigned an Admin or SuperAdmin role.

In Out Board Administration Menu

The In-Out Board provides administrator Quick Links to quickly mark everyone, or individual users, out or in.

If no access requests were made, the Access Request icon will be solid.

The Access Request Icon will flash and be animated if Access Requests are waiting to be processed.

You can also add users via the Admin 'Users' link.

In Out Board Admin Users Screen

The Users screen allows Administrators to manage all users.

The Search field searches on the User Name field, and are wild carded by default. For example, in the screen below, searching for Bill will display only the Bill Catchem user. Searching for ill will display the Bill Catchem user and the Jill Amos user.

The Edit User screen allows Administrators to modify, override, or reset user setting, photo, message, Role (User or Administrator) or UserID and Password.

This is also the screen Administrators can use to forward Profiles to user who forget their password.
