"Admin" users are employees with an Admin Role assigned to the account. Admin users can modify their In/Out status, change the "Back At" time and status message, change their password, and add or update or delete their
own photo.
Admin users have all User privileges in addition to Administrative privileges. The "Admin" button is only visible to Users who have been assigned an Admin or SuperAdmin role. |

The In-Out Board provides administrator Quick Links to quickly mark everyone, or individual users, out or in.

The In-Out Board tracks users history giving you a
record of users Time.

You can Add, Edit or Delete departments here. 10 pre
built color coding themes allow your users to identify associated
departments on the In/Out status screen at a glance.

You can specify custom colors when creating or
editing a department.

Locations can be added
to identify remote locals and to add Google Maps

Google maps can be disabled on the In-Out Board
Settings page. |
