The In Out Board allow
employees to utilize
the internet to access the in out board, or your internal intranet in order to
determine if someone is In/Out of the office. Employees can leave "while you were out" type phone or private
messages on the in out board. The In Out Board also provides a centralized
corporate directory where employees can lookup phone numbers, email
other employees, send private messages, access company intranets,
and access the integrated corporate knowledge base and
forums.
All employee or departmental hyper linking can be controlled or
disabled, the
department color
coding can be turned off if required, the knowledge base and
forums can be controlled or deactivated completely, and it can
be completely customized to adhere to your common look and
feel. An integrated message center feature allows employees
to leave and read messages without use of any email accounts
